I believe that each of us is responsible for our own lives. If we do not love the life we are living, then we can change the path we are traveling.

With an eclectic approach, I prioritize mindfulness, connection, empathy, and solution-focused strategies in my work. I am EMDR and IFS-trained and use these modalities as the basis of my work.
As a first-generation American, I understand the complexities of navigating different cultural norms and am dedicated to creating genuine connections as we explore your unique journey.

In my free time, you will find me mothering my two children and my many furry pets, cheering for UNC basketball, and lifting and toning at the barre.
