Billy

(they/them)

I'm a genderqueer Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a background in therapeutic intuitive movement and exploratory therapeutic arts. My approach is eclectic, creative, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, HAES, and collaborative.

I believe our bodies can hold our hurt and guide our healing, and I work from that context-helping you release tension in mind, body, and spirit through trauma-informed techniques. We'll move through this as a team, exploring what therapeutic methods (DBT, CBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, Polyvagal Somatic Therapy) work best for you. I work to nurture a genuine person-to-person connection to facilitate groundedness, co-regulation, and authenticity within our therapeutic relationship. Together,

we will meet your whole self.

I work with children, emerging adults, and adults of all gender identities and relationship structures, including neurodivergent folks. I work with clients navigating trauma, somatic symptoms, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, dissociation, burnout, ADHD/Autism, body

dysmorphia, and relational support across monogamous, polyamorous, ENM, straight, and queer

relationships.

I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow into the person you want to be. Life can be overwhelming, especially during transitions, and you don't have to navigate it alone.

CBT Trained, Trauma Informed

I take a collaborative, culturally aware approach that centers your values and lived experience. As a Cuban-Italian clinician, I understand how important it is to holdspace for all aspects of your identity. My goal is to meet you where you are-with curiosity, compassion, and care.

I work with teens and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life changes, helping them build practical tools and a stronger sense of self.

Niti

(she/her)

I believe we each hold the power to shape a life that feels whole and true. When the path we’re on no longer reflects who we are—or who we’re becoming—there is always space to pause, realign, and begin again.

Healing doesn’t have to be rushed or forced. My work is grounded in presence, curiosity, and care. I take an eclectic, heart-centered approach that weaves together mindfulness, compassion, and solution-focused practices. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These powerful modalities ground my work and guide the healing process.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, or life transitions, our work together is a place where all parts of you are welcome.

As a first-generation American, I understand the complexity of holding multiple identities and moving between cultural worlds. I offer a space where your story can unfold with honesty, warmth, and respect—where you are seen, heard, and met with care.
