I am In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I will assist clients covered by other insurance plans by providing you with a Superbill. This can be submitted to your insurance carrier and charges may be eligible to go toward your Out-of-Network deductible.
A sliding scale payment option will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
