Like the branches of a tree, we too are vulnerable to our environment. We may need to bend or bough depending on the weight of the stressors we face in our daily lives. My role is to help you identify the root cause of your stressors so that you may learn how to cope and strengthen your ability to face the obstacles that are limiting you from living your ideal life.

I offer you over 18 years of experience working with women, couples, children, and families. Upon meeting me, you will find someone who is non-judgmental and empathetic. I specialize in using an eclectic mix of solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness approaches to address issues of depression, anxiety, and general life stressors.
